    Well he would be perfect for a parade in some parts of San Fransisco! Let's just say that the Rainbows that Billy now sports makes his coming out party with this new look a bit more creepy.

    All this time I thought Billy was into chicks! Oh well... To each their own. But seriously the Rainbow design is very ugly.
